::: Changes From 28th Feb 2008

For all the applications which were made after 27 th February, 2008 it was made compulsory for the aspirants to get the employment sponsorship from the Canadian employer i.e. Arranged Employment Opinion (AEO) except his occupation falls under any of the National Occupation Classifications (NOC) listed in the occupation list issued by the Government. The list of occupation contained 38 NOC. If your occupation was falling under any of the NOC listed in 38 occupation list, you were not required to have HRDC AEO and you were eligible to apply normally under Federal Skilled Immigration Category.

The list of occupation listed in normal category were those occupations for which it would be very easy for the aspirants to find out the job in Canada.
