What is PIC (Public Interest Criterion)
Purpose of PIC is to prevent fraud documents to maintain genuinely in all below listed applications. Fraud application will be refused by Immigration department.
What are the Implication of founded fraud applications
If Immigration found bogus documents or misleading information in application Immigration department will refuse application and can bar primary applicant and all secondary applicants for up to Three years further visa restriction. Means if PIC is implemented you can not apply for any subclasses given below till banned period is over.
Please note: If application lodged in Australia you can apply for MRT ( Migration Review Tribunal)
